What do I need to open a mailbox?

Two forms of identification. One of which must be a photo ID. Birth certificates, Social Security cards, or credit Cards are NOT accepted.

What size mailboxes do you offer?

We offer two different sizes: individual and business.

What if a package won't fit in my mailbox?

We will gladly store it in a secure location for you and notify you by email that you have a package waiting for you.

Is a private mailbox the same as a P.O. Box?

No, ours are not a P.O. box. You will have a physical street address, perfect for business or personal use.

Does it cost anything to drop off packages?

No, it’s FREE. Just come on in with your prepaid label on the package and we will take care of the rest.

Does Ship Salem sell stamps or postage?

Yes! We sell single stamps, sheets, and full rolls of stamps.

Can I ship something to another country?

Yes, you can absolutely ship to another country! We offer international shipping through trusted carriers including FedEx and USPS. Our team will help you choose the best option to ensure a safe and timely delivery.

How much do notary services cost?

We charge $10 per document. No appointment is necessary so stop by at your convenience!

What items do I need to get a document notarized?

Please bring your unsigned documents (can’t be signed by any party ahead of time) needing notarization and a photo ID for each person that will be applying their signature.

Does Ship Salem copy, print, scan, fax, shred?

Yes! We can do it all. Take advantage of our email at info@ship-salem.com and send us your documents ahead of time and we can print them out for you.
